Refund Policy & Cancellations Policy

If, due to any reason, the patient wants to cancel the appointment, then the cancellation policy is as follows.

  • If the patient has requested a refund, the request is sent to the admin, who investigates the concerns and then orders the refund.
  • Patients are entitled to cancel the bookings 24 hours before the appointment date and time. The amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the cancellation request.
  • 1.99% of the total fee will be deducted for gateway charges.
  • No refund will be processed if the cancellation has been made within 24 hours of the appointment. Only requests for rescheduling the appointment will be entertained within 24 hours of the work.
  • In case of no show, there will be no refund.
  • We use a third-party payment gateway for processing payments. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment gateway in addition to these Terms. We don’t control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment gateway. You agree to pay us, through the payment gateway, all charges at the rates then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
