Ms. Sandra, the Founder & CEO of Positive Mind Care, is an energetic, passionate & empathetic young entrepreneur. Trained at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram, under the mentorship of Dr. Sameer Parikh, she has worked with patients of all age groups and cultural backgrounds. She has also worked with kids needing special care at OT4KIDS as a Therapist under the mentorship of Dr. Arpan Kumar.
The rising cases of stress, depression, anxiety, and addiction in society motivated her to set up the ultramodern and hi-tech next-generation clinics Positive Mind Care & Research Centre. She also founded an NGO, “Proactive Citizen Foundation,” to promote social awareness about mental health issues and break the stigma around them. She believes that many people either hide or are unaware of mental health and stress-related problem, which can be cured easily if detected early.

Akhilesh Srivastava is a globally renowned Digital Technology leader. He has been rated as one of the 51 most impactful global leaders of smart cities for his path-breaking citizen-centric digital initiatives and e-governance reforms. He headed the implementation of India’s one of most successful digital programs FASTag, the electronic toll collection system that has revolutionized the Indian highway and logistic sector.
He is now working with the world’s leading organizations, the World Economic Forum, International Road Federation, and McKinsey & Co, solving more considerable social challenges using technology such as “Technology-driven Road Safety 2.0”, Green Mobility, Digitalisation of Construction Industry, and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
As co-founder Akhilesh will be mentoring the Positive Mind Care & Research Centre to serve the noble social cause of service to humanity.

Mrs. Seema heads the Operations of the Positive Mind Care & Research Centre. She has vast experience of over 30 years of social work and entrepreneurship. She led multiple organizations, from Tech Start-ups to E-Commerce Platforms. She is well known for supporting and being helpful to many organizations working for the need of gifted children.
Director (Strategy), Positive Mind Care & Research Centre
Mrs. Shraddha Srivastava heads the Strategy and Marketing of the Positive Mind Care & Research Centre. She has done a Master’s in Social Work and has experience of over 25 years of social work.
Head Nurse/Technician, Positive Mind Care & Research Centre
Mr. Sachin Kumar heads the Nursing Departments. He has a diploma in nursing and has five years of experience with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. He is a trained technician to operate the BrainsWay DEEP TMS machine.
